Ally Robinson is a British photographer based in Surrey, UK. She is an educator and artist; her work explores the connection between past and present. Using analogue and digital photography Ally concentrates on portraiture, landscape and still life. Through imagery she examines, the emotional state of loss and the fickle transience of modern life today. The narrative connected to the found image also fascinates her, exploring and using these images in her own work.
