Ally Robinson is a British photographer based in Surrey, UK. Ally graduated in 2015 with a BA Hons in Photography. She then went on to gain a distinction in Master of Fine Art photographer from the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham Surrey. Her work explores the connection between past and present. Using analogue and digital Photography Ally concentrates on portraiture and still life. Through imagery she examines, the emotional state of loss and the fickle transience of modern life today. She is also fascinated by the narrative connected to the found image, exploring and using these images in her own work.
